I have been in the Insurance and Financial Services for over 46 years in the Roanoke Valley. What excites me most about the industry is the opportunity to both protect our customer’s assets as well as grow them.
I grew up in Vinton, Virginia where I attended William Byrd High School and graduated from Andrew Lewis High School. I love the Lord and cannot say enough how much I appreciate what He has done for me and my family. On my off time I enjoy playing my trumpet! Throughout the years I have played in many different groups, bands and orchestras. My ideal weekend is spent enjoying quality time with my wife, Kathy, kids and grandkids.

I have worked in the financial services industry since 2000 and in 2007 added the Property and Casualty license. Helping Clients protect what matters most to them, whether insuring their property or helping them reach their financial goals is what has kept me in this industry.
I grew up in Grundy, Virginia. I graduated from the University of Virginia College as Wise with a degree in Business Administration. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and outside activities. You might find me working in my flower bed or working in the garage with my husband on the weekends
I am new to the insurance industry, however, I have over 10 years of experience in Accounting. What I like most about what I do, is that I can provide my employers with peace of mind, so they are able to focus their attention on the business.
I grew up in Salem, Virginia. My favorite extracurricular activity growing up was taking ballet at Roanoke College. I still enjoy dancing today and am involved with different line dance groups in my community.
After graduating from Salem High School, I continued my education at Virginia Western Community College. Upon completion of my accounting courses, I was asked to tutor there, which I did for five years. I hold a degree in Business Administration and Social Sciences.
Time with family and friends is most important to me. My favorite time spent is with my new grandson, who I see any chance I get! I also love hanging out with my three dogs, Nakoa, Rose and Chrissy and my cat, Minnie Pearl.
In my free time, you can find me in the gym or starting a new project around the house. I prefer to stay busy, but occasionally, I do enjoy a “Do Nothing” day! One of my guilty pleasures is rehabbing old houses. I like giving old things new life and having an opportunity to engage my creative side.
When I can, I support Angels of Assisi and the Roanoke Valley Horse Rescue. These two organizations are very special and important to me.
I have been in the insurance business for 25 years. I am both property and casualty, and life and health licensed. I am dedicated to assisting customers when they have an insurance need, and educating consumers on the extensive insurance products our agency offers.
I am a Roanoke Valley native. Some of my passions include running, playing various sports, traveling and enjoying the outdoors. On the weekends you can find me spending quality time with my husband and daughter.

I started selling insurance for State Farm where I became licensed in Property & Casualty, Fire, Life & Health, Business and a few others. I love helping people understand what they need with insurance. Being able to help clients save money is also a plus for me.
I grew up in Roanoke, VA where I went to school at Northside High School then continued my education at Virginia Western. My passion other than my family is cars … so I guess you can say I’m in the right line of work. In my off time during the summer you can find me at the car shows up and down the East coast. The rest of the time I’m out on the soccer field practicing with the kiddos.
My family volunteers with various animal rescues around town. We have failed miserably and ended up bringing most of the animals home with us.

I want to serve them. Insurance is more than a policy, it is protection and reducing risk to insure cars, homes and people are covered in the event of a loss. It is offering peace of mind and a listening ear, to allow customers to decide, what they need.
Growing up in Roanoke, I consider our Star City a great place to be! I love the magnificent Blue Ridge Mountains, that allow for great date nights, picnics, and places to explore. I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree, in Organizational Management and Development, from Bluefield College. Although I do not have a green thumb, I enjoy gardening and the outdoors. I like music and believe it or not, Karaoke,(it is music and it is fun and funny)!
Supporting local charities, especially those that provide services to children is a commitment and has been since tutoring at the West End Center, so many outlets for children to thrive here, it is the right thing to do.
Although I am fairly new to the Financial Services Industry, I have over 18 years of experience in the Housing Field. After retiring as a Housing Choice Voucher Director and Property Manager at a local Housing Authority, I realized how much I missed learning and decided to work on a second career. I am currently serving as a Financial Administrative Assistant and am looking forward to learning and mastering new skills.
I am originally from Hollis, New York. I attended Jamaica High School in Jamaica, New York where I was enrolled in Business Fundamental courses. After moving to Virginia, I attended Dabney S Lancaster Community College where I majored in Business Administration.
I enjoy spending time with my husband, our three children and seven grandchildren (which includes a set of triplets). I love to sing and presently sing with a local band called “The Let’s Dance Band”. In the past, I sang in school and sang on a “Praise and Worship” team at church. On the weekends, you can usually find me with either family or friends. We just bought a camper and a boat, so going forward you will find me at Smith Mountain Lake.
I support the Children’s Miracle Network. Sixteen years ago our triplet grandbabies were born prematurely and were in the Nicu unit for a couple of months.
